GREAT NEWS!!!

Some of you have noticed something new on my blog in the side bar & I guess it's time to FESS UP and tell you what has been going on!!!! Soooo excited!!!!! Karen from Karen's Doodles asked me to be in charge of her Doodle Diva Gallery blog!!!! You all know how much I LOVE Karen's images, and I was thrilled to the moon when she asked me!!! I have been getting the cards from other places and submissions to the emails and putting them into the slideshows, which you can see HERE! I will be continually adding to them, so check back often for inspiration!!!

The slideshows are all categorized according to the categories that Karen has in her STORE! So, it is even easier to find some inspiration!!! So, head on over there to check it out!!!! Incy Wincy Designs Challenge...paper piecing digis

This weeks challenge at Incy Wincy Designs Challenge Blog is to PAPER PIECE a digi stamp!!!
These are the rain boots, available from Aspire to Thrive shop, aren't they cute? I have pink rubber boots, but they don't have pretty designs on them - I wish they did!!! LOL Inside the card says "Sending Sunshine" - a sentiment from a Simon Says Stamp set!

The Corrosive Challenge - DIE CUTS!!!

This weeks challenge at The Corrosive Challenge blog is to use DIE CUTS on your card. I used a die cut of the baby bear I got from Susies Die Cut Dreams, plus the swirl and the tags are die cuts (well, punches, but that counts doesn't it???) The paper is all from my stash, so is the ribbon, the pin, the brad and the pearls! The sentiment is from a PTI set.

Lili of the Valley

I made this card for a colleague who is leaving us this year, another of the many!! I had to make SEVEN!!! YIKES!!!! I used a Lili of the Valley image that I got stamped from Shana's collection a couple months ago (thanks!!!) The card is 8 1/2 x 11 so everyone can sign it. I coloured the image with Gamsol and my Koh-i-noor pencils!

I used some paper from my stash, trying to use up some scraps again! This card is an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet folded in half so my entire staff can sign it for a lady who is leaving us. SPEEDY RECOVERY....

I made this card for a colleague who underwent minor surgery last week. It is an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet folded in half, so that everyone on staff could sign it! I used Herbert - "Special Delivery" image from Karen's Doodles. Isn't he adorable?!?! The sentiment is computer generated.
