Love to Create challenge - Card with a Tag

Good morning everyone!!! Happy Monday!!!!! I am on holidays with my sisters at the cottage, so hopefully this posts without any troubles!!!!

This week the LOVE TO CREATE Challenge is  to make a card with a TAG!!!
