HAPPY EASTER!!!!!

Hello everyone!!! I hope you all have a super Easter with family & friends!  Enjoy the time off if you get it, if not....sorry 'bout that!  I am off until the 16th and I'm SO excited to just stay home and relax & play in my craft room!!!!  (After I clean it, of course!!!)

Simon Says....use your FAVOURITE tool!!!

This week, our challenge for you is  USE YOUR FAVOURITE TOOL! 

Here is my card for this week:

My favourite tool is by FAR my  Cuttlebug! I just got the  Grand Calibur so haven't used it too much, but I think I will like it as much as my Cuttlebug!!!! 

I have used the D'vine Swirls embossing folder and the Swiss Dots embossing folder.  The flower punch is from EK Success and the papers, rhinestones and stickles are from my stash.  I have coloured Tilda As Butterfly with Copics.

Kenny K Krafty Girlz challenge - Make us LAUGH

This weeks challenge at Kenny K's Krafty Girlz challenge is to MAKE them LAUGH!!!!!  I had to make a birthday card for my nephew who is turning 18 (18 is the legal drinking age in Canada), so its a big deal!!!!! I chose TEQUILA WORM for my main image.  The sentiment is computer generated.  Inside it says "Enjoy your 18th Birthday!"

 The CS is River Rock (SU) and the DP, buttons, and metal dots (Color Bok) are from my stash. I have coloured him with Copics.

Wish me luck!!! I hope this makes them laugh!!!!

I have used EGGBERT BUNNY.  The CS is Lavender Lace (SU) and the DP is from a pack from Memory Box called VIOLA.  The flowers, rhinestone and ribbon are from my stash.  I have coloured the image with Copics and added stickles to the heart!

Incy Wincy Designs - Easter or Pastel colours

I have used Milton with Lily from Wild Rose Studios.  I am in LOVE with Wild Rose stamps....they are SO cute!!!! My addiction stared with Pickles the penguin.....I can't resist penguins!!!! LOL  BUT I love Milton & Fergus....and Bella, and Milton, and Millie...they are SO freakin' adorable!!!!! Go check them out!!!!!

Simon Says......Anything Goes

This week, our challenge for you is  AnYtHiNg GoEs!!!!! 

Here is my card for this week:

The Design Team are showcasing MFT products - so many amazing stamps and dies.....its hard to just choose ONE!!!  So I didn't......I used THREE items from MFT!!!!

The stamp set I used is from Pure Innocence (also owned by MFT)  Sunshiney Day.  The CS is Aubergine from Hero Arts  and the DP is from Memory Box - Viola pack.  I have used two MFT Die-namics Dies:   Woodgrain Fence and Clouds Trio.  I have paper pieced the girls shirt with the same CS.  Love Love Love MFT Die-namics!!!! 

The clouds were die cut onto shimmery white paper although it is hard to see here.  The little flowers  and the butterfly are ones I purchased from an Etsy store awhile ago (trying to use things I buy!!!!)I have also popped up the clouds and the girl so it gives it dimension (you can actually see the shadow behind her...oops!!! LOL)

Pike's Playground challenge...

Another card for another challenge...wheeeee!!! I LOVE having weekends for fun!!!!!  I get so much accomplished in my craft room!!!! 

This card is for the challenge over at Pike's Playground...I have always loved Dustin Pikes work & I'm always happy when colouring his images!!!  They are AWESOME!!!!

This weeks challenge is to use DUDLEY! Well...Dudley is the best dragon ever....always having fun or getting into trouble!!!

I made this card for my hubby for his birthday (from my family).  Since Tim is big into racing his RC cars (radio control) & loves his motor sports on TV, this Dudley image is perfect for him!!!!!I usually colour Dudley green but this time I decided to colour him grey.  The lighting in this picture is terrible.... I have NO idea why....maybe cuz its so gloomy and cold outside! Boooooo!!!! SPRING, where are you??????

The CS is Kraft and the DP is from my stash - coloured with Copics and the small truck is popped up.

I used some scrap Brilliant Blue CS and matching DP.  I coloured the kitty with copics and added some rhinestones & ribbon!  I love making projects like this - they make me feel like I'm not "wasting" paper!  When I can use up the GAZILLION scraps I have, I feel better!!!! LOL
