Simon Says.... Lemon & Lavender

This week our challenge for you is a colour challenge - LEMON & LAVENDER. Yummmy colour combo eh???

Here is my card for this weeks challenge:

The Cardstock is Apricot (SU) and the DP is from my stash, so I'm not sure where I got it! My image is a Penny Black image from a clear set called Garden Friends! The whole set is ADORABLE!!! I have coloured the bunny with Copics, and added Crystal Stickles to the butterflies. The button is from CURIO from Basic Grey. The ribbon is from my stash.

The Stamp Fairy challenge - Teddy Bears Picnic

Hello everyone! This is my last card as Guest DT for The Stamp Fairy Challenge Blog, and their challenge this week is a TEDDY BEAR'S PICNIC with a RECIPE - use 2 Ribbons, 3 Flowers and 1 Sentiment. BUT you'll see me again next week as a FULL TIME DT member! Yahooooo!!!!!

I have used Herb Summer 2 I just think Herb is SO adorable......I had to have them ALL!!!! I'm telling ya, I'm ADDICTED!!! LOL



The paper I have used is Soft Sky (SU) and the DP is from my stash, and for the life of me, cannot find which pack it comes from! He is coloured with Copics and the pearls and ribbon are from my stash. The flowers are made with my SU flower punch. The sentiment is from a Gina K set.

Karen's Doodles Challenge - Perfect Purples

This week's challenge at Karen's Doodles is PERFECT PURPLES. Use all different shades of purple in your creations...easy peasy!!!!!

The image I have used for this card is Grandma Pie. I coloured her with Copics. The CS is Lavender Lace (SU) and the DP is NANA'S KIDS (DCWV). The flower and pearl are from my stash. I love this image because it reminds me of my Mom. She used to bake "Apple Betty" - which is like Apple Crisp, but her name is Betty, so I ALWAYS thought she named it after her....until I found out that other people called it that too! LOL She would always make her own pies too - pumpkin was my favourite!! Yummmmm!!!!

The Corrosive Challenge blog - Slippery when wet

Hello everyone!! Happy Sunday!!!!
This weeks challenge at The Corrosive Challenge blog is
SLIPPERY WHEN WET.
This is open to a LOT of interpretation - but when I hear this, I think of the Bon Jovi album! LOL It can be ANYTHING to do with WATER!!! How's that for EASY?? Especially with Summer right around the corner (at least here in Calgary!!)

Here is my card:

I have used WADE from PAPER PRETTIES - one of our sponsors this month! I have coloured him with Copics & added crystal lacquer to the ball to make it shiny. The BEACH sign I've had FOREVER and for the life of me, I can't remember who makes it...it could be either Hambo or Eat Cake designs.....sorry!!!! The CS is Yo Yo Yellow and the DP is from Echo Park - Summer Days.
