Simon Says....Use Newspaper

Hello everyone! Happy Wednesday!!!

This week our challenge for you is to use NEWSPAPER somehow in your creation!! FUN!!!

Here is my card for this weeks challenge:

The Cardstock is Basic Black (SU) and the DP is plain ol' newspaper!!! My image is a House Mouse stamp called LITTLE NIBBLER. You can get this all at Simon Says Superstore The sentiment and Copics that I used to colour it are also from Simon Says Stamp!

Simon Says Stamp has SO much to offer, it's incredible!!! Every day new items are arriving and it is so much fun to see all the new stuff coming through!! Go have a peek if you haven't already!!!

The Stamp Fairy Challenge....Colour Throwdown... Melon, Aqua & Kraft

I have used Herb Summer 4 - isn't he sweet??

The paper I have used is Kraft (SU) and the DP is from my stash - Melon Mambo & Bashful blue. He is coloured with Koh-i-noor pencils and Gamsol. The ribbon & string are from my stash & the sentiment is from my favourite Simon Says Stamp sentiment set.

Karen's Doodles Challenge - Make a SHAPED card

This week's challenge at Karen's Doodles is to make a SHAPED card - so no squares or rectangles!!!! Yes, that's a shape, but its a VERY common shape!!!! Here is my card, inside and out:

Outside - using a template I've had for a really long time

Inside - featuring Peekaboo Girl.

I coloured her with Copics. The CS is Pale Plum (SU) and the DP, ribbon, flowers, and dew drops are from my stash. The sentiment is from my favourite Simon Says Stamp set!
