Designed2Delight challenge

This week Faith from Designed2Delight challenge gave us the CUTEST little image - Kaela dressed as an angel. Isn't she adorable?? If you didn't play along last week and didn't get her free, you can purchase her at the STORE! If you do, you can play along next week with a freebie!!! It is so fun!!!! It's like an addiction for me!!!! LOL

I used some paper from an SU paper pad that I have had forever! I am really trying to use up the paper that I have, and the stack just never seems to get smaller! It is CRAZY!!!! How is it possible that ONE PERSON can have SO much paper?? Oy!!!!! LOL I coloured her with Copics, and added some ribbon, stickles and rhinestones so I could join in on the Double Delight challenge, which is SPARKLE! Even if it wasn't the challenge, she would have had sparkly wings and stars!!!

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend!! I am hoping to stay WARM - we have about 2 feet of snow and it is about -21 Celsius here!!! UGH!!!!! The first of MANY cold days to come, I'm sure!!!!

Oldies but Goodies from Karen's Doodles

This weeks Oldie but Goodie is Bigsby with Wreath. Isn't he adorable all curled up inside the wreath? So cute!!! The card base is Real Red and the DP is some Christmas paper I had in my stash (I think it is from Paper Pizazz). I coloured and cut out Bigsby and plopped him on with pop dots. Flourishes added to fill that empty space in the corners and some rhinestones, flower soft on his hat and stickles on the Christmas balls on the wreath....cute!!! The sentiment is from a random Christmas set (not sure which one as I keep all my Christmas stamps together in one tub - yes, I said TUB.....lol)

Be sure to head to Karen's Doodles Challenge blog for this weeks challenge...it is to make a GIFT BOX!!!! Fun!!!! You can see my Gift Box post HERE. If you join us, you can win GREAT prizes.......

Blackleaf Studios - Stamp it up!

This week at Blackleaf Studios, it is my turn to showcase some of their Digital stamps & Digital papers they have available. I have used Tinsel Town paper and the gorgeous Reindeer from BLACKLEAF STUDIOS. These look so pretty together, and it just SCREAMS for sparkle!!!

I glittered up the photo corners, added stickles to the stars, and some gems for extra sparkle!!!! The card base is silver. I added a few flourishes and some rhinestones to make it even more "blingy", and ended up with an elegant Christmas card!!

Thanks for stopping by!!! Have a GREAT day!!!

Simon Says....SPARKLE (& Heat Embossing if you dare!!!)

Photobucket

This week, the challenge over at Simon Says Stamp Challenge blog is Sparkle & Heat Embossing!!! The Design Team are showcasing Whiff of Joy (WOJ) images that Simon Says Stamp sells, so go check out the GREAT selection!! You don't have to use a WOJ image but if you have them, why not show them some love??

Here is my card, using Maid Charlotte. The cardstock & ribbon is Kiwi Kiss, and the DP is from SU but not sure which paper pack (it was in my scraps bin!) The sentiment is heat embossed with pink EP and I added stickles around the image and sentiment and Hero Arts rhinestones on the flowers for some extra sparkle! Charlotte is coloured with Copics.

Remember, you can win this:

And if you come back on Friday, you can enter to win MY Friday Freebie giveaway too!!!!! AND check out the rest of the DT blogs too, they have blog candy as well!!!! HAPPY WEDNESDAY!!!!!

Squigglefly...Sentiments only!!!

(this is my third post for the day...please scroll down to check out the others!!!!)

This week, the challenge at Squigglefly is to use only a sentiment on your project! This was easy because Squigglefly has so many GREAT sentiments!! I chose this one because it is a great saying! And so true!!! The paper I used is all from my stash, and I used the little extra bits to make flowers with my flower punch. The ribbon & rhinestones are from my stash too! Head on over to the blog to check out the rest of the Design Team's sentiment only projects!! You will be amazed!!!!! AND I hope you will join us this week!!!

Incy Wincy Designs Challenge - ROCK ON!!!

This week over at Incy Wincy Challenge blog, our theme this week is ROCK ON!! I chose this challenge because we are being sponsored by Kenny K - and he has some GREAT Rockin' images!!!! You can win some of them, if you head over there, check out the challenge and join us this week!!!

I made a gift card holder using TECHNO GUY, and some paper from my Glitz Pack called Hey Dude which I got at Simon Says Stamp. The gift card is from Taylored Expressions. The sentiment is made up on the computer and the guitar is actually a charm (I just snipped off the ring). I kept it very simple because of the funky paper and its for a guy, so no flowers and ribbon and lace!! LOL

And the inside:

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you will head over to see the rest of the Design Team's ROCKIN' projects and then decide to join us this week!!! GREAT PRIZES!!!!

Karen's Doodles Challenge - make a gift box

This week at Karen's Doodles, the challenge for you is to make a gift box!! I decided to make an Exploding Scrapbook box, which is a gift and gift box all in one neat package!!! This one is for a friend who just had her 3rd baby boy!!! Poor girl!!! LOL

Here is the top: I used Peek-a-boo Boy and a sentiment from SU! The little pin is a stamp from a baby set, not sure which one, as I keep all my "baby" themed stamps together (it very well might be an SU stamp)

The box:

The box opened: There are 3 layers on each side, so you can add 12-24 pictures inside this gift box. I stamped a sentiment from an SU set inside, then will add some little Robeeez booties in the box as a gift.

Go check out the Challenge blog to see all the great gift boxes that the Design Team have created for you!! WOW!!!!! Lots of GREAT ideas!!!! Thanks for stopping by! I hope you will join us this week!!!!
