Here is my card for this week:

Here is a close up of the little grad cap charm...cute eh??

I have used  Graduation Diploma  and Graduation Edwin , both from Magnolia
 
The CS is Brilliant Blue (SU) and the DP is from Basic Grey - pretty sure! BUT don't quote me on that one!!!  I coloured Edwin with Copics and used some black & blue ribbon from my stash.  The 2012 is from some table confetti from Michael's.

Love to Create Challenge - Song inspiration

This weeks challenge is a fun one........  

Use a SONG for inspiration AND include a sentiment!!!!!

 So a double whammy this week!!! Can't wait to see what songs you come up with!!!!

The song I chose was Boogie Oogie Oogie by A Taste of Honey - I was in a disco mood when I was colouring this image and for some reason that song popped in my head!!!  I found the funkiest paper I had and went with it!!! This card is an invitation to a birthday party (I made 6 of them!) - doesn't it make you want to come party with us????  LOL

Incy Wincy Challenge - Kraft + 1 other colour

I am SO loving the colour combos you can use with Kraft paper......I decided to try Kraft & Orange (actually it is Really Rust) - I like it a lot...I think it's pretty!!!

Karen's Doodles challenge - STITCH it up!!!

Hello! I hope you are enjoying the bi-weekly challenges..... LOTS of time to create with Karen's gorgeous images!!!!!

This week's challenge at Karen's Doodles is 

to STITCH IT UP!!!

The CS is Tangerine Tango and the DP is from Basic Grey but I can't remember which pack I got it from (a sure sign you have TOO much paper!!!!)  The flowers  and metal dots are from my stash.  I have coloured her using Copics.  The stitching was done with my We R Memory Keepers SEW EASY set.  I like it, it is easy but time consuming!  I should use it more because I really like the look of this particular stitch!
