Mini photography notebooks

I just wanted to share these mini notebooks I made awhile ago. I took a photography course with my sister and her friend, and I wanted something small that would fit in my camera bag with all my "cheat sheets" (LOL)

I found these mini composition books at the Dollar store (had them in my stash for a LONGGGG time!!!!) and used an image from Dustin Pike.

I just covered them with paper, and added the digi image (coloured with Copics) and added a bit of crystal lacquer to the flash & lens of the camera!!!

I didn't want them too bulky or chunky so they'd fit in our camera bags easily!

Sweet Sketch Wednesday challenge entry.....

Hello everyone!!! I finally got to use my cute TOMMY FOOTBALL from The Stamp Fairy. He's been coloured on my desk for weeks, and I was waiting for the perfect sketch for him! AND I think I found it!!!! The paper I used is Real Red (SU) and the DP is from GRADE SCHOOL (DCWV). The sentiment is an old SU stamp I've had for years, but LOVE!!!

I am entering this card in Sweet Sketch Wednesday. Simon Says.....let's see your MULTI-FOLD projects!

This week, our challenge for you is to use MULTI-FOLDS in your creation!!

I have made a double pocket fold card which I got from Splitcoast Stampers awhile ago (couldn't find it, but there are similar variations of this!) This card uses only 1 piece of 8.5 x 11" Designer paper and scraps for the tags!!! Easy Peasy!!!!

The DT are showcasing MY MINDS EYE & JILLIBEAN SOUP PAPERS this week and if you have them we would like to see them, but you don't HAVE to to join in :-)

I have used KNEELING TILDA, from the Sweet Rainbow collection. I have coloured her with Copics, and used my circle Nestabilities. The flowers, ribbon & the fabric brad are from my stash!

The paper is MARY MARY "Happy Birthday" Grown Up papers from MY MIND'S EYE. It is such pretty paper and great quality - nice and thick, double sided, with a little texture! And there are SO many styles and colours to choose from at Simon Says Stamp! I LOVE working with it!!!

Karen's Doodles - ANYTHING GOES!!!!

This week's challenge at Karen's Doodles is ANYTHING GOES! These are my favourite challenges because you can let your imagination go wild!

I have used Boating Fun and coloured it with Copics and chalk. The CS is Tempting Turquoise (SU) and the DP is from Basic Grey - Lauderdale. I just LOVE this paper, it is so summery -kinda reminds me of Hawaii!!!! SO pretty!!!! The sentiment is from my favourite sentiment set from Simon Says Stamp. The flowers and leaves are punches (Martha Stewart & EK Success).

The CS is ALPINE ASTER from World Win (purchased at Simon Says Stamp) - let me tell you, this cardstock is NICE!! It is a good weight and it has a shimmer to it that is SO pretty! I WISH I could have caught it on camera!!! It's gorgeous paper!!! The DP is LILAC AVENUE from Kaiser (also from Simon Says Stamp). The pearls and the flower punches (EK Success) are from my stash.
