2 Cute Ink - an alligator I wouldn't be afraid of!

Hello and Happy Friday!!!!

I have made a scrapling card to showcase the ADORABLE images at 2 Cute Ink.  They are made from the bit you cut off when you make a 5x5 card.  I have coloured with Copics.   The sentiment is from Changito, but I love it!!!   GREAT way to use up some scrap paper and scrap ribbon!!!

DARE to be SASSY Thursday - PATRIOTIC - red/white/blue

Hi everyone...the theme this week for DARE TO BE SASSY THURSDAY is

PATRIOTIC (red/white/blue)

I have used  Little Honey USA for my first card - Red/White/Blue - and  I have coloured her with Copics and At You Spica pens.  The sentiment is computer generated and I added Stardust stickles to the stars and around the sentiment.  

AND, because I am not American, I decided to make a Canadian PATRIOTIC card too!!!  I have used Little Honey Canada for this card.  I coloured her with copics and made my own maple leaf  "button".  The sentiment is computer generated too! 

I am so sorry I haven't been around lately, but Alberta has been in a state of emergency and my city (Calgary) has come to a virtual standstill.  The devastation in this beautiful city is heart wrenching with over 100,000 people out of their homes.  Clean up has started and I'm out seeking ways to help out where I can.  Crafting has been hard which is why this is a very simple layout.  I apologize and hope soon I will be back in a crafty frame of mind!!!!

My image is a blast from the past image called Bubble Bath.  Lindsay has redrawn 4 old images into newer images and they are all great!!!!  I have coloured her with Copics and added DIAMOND stickles to the blubbles (hint).  The GOLD paper is from K&C Company (hint) and the sentiment is a stamp I've had FOREVER (hint)!!!! Soooooooooooooo CAN you GUESS which year this is for???

2 Cute Ink Showcase Day.....

Hello and Happy Friday!!!!

I have made a gift tag to showcase the ADORABLE images at 2 Cute Ink.  I actually made 24 of these for my students to go along with their end of the year gift.  Once they are all done (Just have to add ribbon)  I will take a pic and show you all of them.  They are a simple 4x6 tag, coloured with Copics.   The sentiment is computer generated.  GREAT way to use up some scrap paper and scrap ribbon!!!

This is ELEPHANT SPLASH, but I also used  PENGUIN FLOATIE, FLAMINGO FUN, and RAFT GIRAFFE.

Dare to be Sassy Thursday......TAG sale!!!

Hi everyone...the theme this week for DARE TO BE SASSY THURSDAY is TAG SALE!!! So lets see your tags, projects with a tag...etc.


I have used  GLINDA SASSY from the Oz collection!  I have coloured her with Copics!  I added a line of Sakura Stardust pen to her wand and the crown.  The sentiment is old...not even sure I've ever inked it up!!!!

Love to Create challenge - Paper PIECING

Our sponsor this week is The Stamping Chef, and I have used Jenna.  I paper pieced her jeans and her shirt.  The DP for her jeans and the card is from Tim Holtz's Vintage Shabby collection and her shirt is from a pack from Michael's.  The flowers and ribbon are from my stash! I have coloured Jenna with Copics.....attempting to improve my hair colouring....I think this one turned out ok....its really hard to visualize where the shadows go!!! BUT the Copic Colouring Guides that I bought from Amazon have been helping!  I'll keep at it!!!
