VIBRANT Christmas card

I made this card yesterday using an image from Delicious Doodles that I had coloured up last week when I was sick.  I used a fancy card base that my friend ANNETTE sent me (thanks Netty!!!)   I even stole her Layout from HERE!!!   The CS is Pretty in Pink (SU) and the DP is also from SU - not sure the name of the pack though! It's old!  I added some bright pink ribbon and some pink snowflakes!  I added some stickles to the snowflakes in the image and some rhinestones.  I think its pretty VIBRANT, so I am entering this into the ABC Christmas challenge blog. 

I am also entering this into the Ladybug Crafts Ink TLT Challenge which is the letter P - Pink, Polar Bear, Parka, Punches...hope that's enough Ps!!!!

Christmas Tags

 Good morning everyone!!!  I have created 2 Christmas Tags using a couple really cute Digi Garden images.  The first one is Molly Skates and the second one is Candy Cane Elf.  Cute hey???  I have coloured them both with Copics and have used up some of my scraps that were laying on my floor (yes, I am a VERY messy crafter!)  The tags are manila tags I bought a couple years ago - thinking I could keep up with Tim Holtz and his 12 Tags of Christmas - boy was I out of my league!! LOL  Anyway, I have a lot of these tags to use up now, so why not use them!!!!

I have used 2 digis from Fresh Brewed, the house image and the sentiment which we were very lucky to get to use for this challenge.  I  have coloured it all with Copics and added some crystal lacquer to the windows for dimension.  I had the DP in my stash and thought it was cute - little birdhouses....NO idea where I got it from though!! Hmmmmmm!!!! 

I am entering this into the Challenges 4 Everybody which is always ANYTHING GOES!

Incy Wincy Designs Challenge - RECIPE Challenge

HAPPY MONDAY!!!!!!

                           This week the Incy Wincy Design team has a GREAT challenge for you.....

Here is my card for this week:

 

I used 2 DPs & 2 different coloured papers (orange and brown); 3 orange brads; 2 ribbons (black & orange) and 1 image (actually 2 images merged into 1 image!) - SCARY TREE & TUBS the owl.

I have coloured this with Copics but to make the sky "spooky: I coloured it with grey chalk from Pebbles - its hard to see but its there, honest!!!  

I am entering this in the Chalk-ah-lot Cafe challenge which is to use the colour orange (check) & chalk (check)!!! 

I am also entering this into Opus Gluei , Totally Papercrafts, and  Scrappy Frogs Challenge, which are both Halloween!

I love Zombies!

Ok, let me clarify that!  I NEVER ever ever ever liked zombies until I was coerced into watching The Walking Dead....I don't know about you, but I was HOOKED within the first 15 min.  Sure, there are some gross parts but MAN, is it crazy good!!!  Anyway, that's not why I'm here today.....lol......even though it is on tonight!

I wanted to show you a card I made for my nephew that I'm entering into the Meljen's TEAR IT UP challenge!  I completely stole the sentiment from one of Meljen's designers (thanks Dianna) but it fits SO amazingly with Zombie Bunny!  LOVE this image!!!  Nothing too fancy with this layout, just a lot of ripping and distressing - do you find some papers distress better than others? The blue paper was FRUSTRATING! It kept bending, not shredding...I wonder if my Tim Holtz distresser tool is dull?!?!?!  Hmmmmmm!!!!

Birthday Wagon.....

Stella Says Sketch Challenge #122 is my inspiration for this card!  I LOVE the black and red - perfect for a boys birthday card!!  This is Sean Dog, one of my newest images from my recent Bugaboo win!

The paper is from Kaiser - Shaken not stirred and the CS is Real Red (SU).  The buttons are from my stash!
Sean is coloured with Copics and the sentiment is from an old Simon Says set.

I am entering this into Crafty Catz challenge, which is to make a MALE card.  Also, Fussy & Fancy and Stampin' for the weekend have  Anything Goes challenges that I am going to enter this into.

Milton's Christmas stocking....

I found some great sketch challenge blogs that I am going to try to participate in more!  This card is for SKETCH N STASH - they have 2 rules...you have to use the sketch (this is Sketch 99) & you have to use up some old (or new) stash!  Well...bonus for me!!!!!  The old stash I have used is the poinsettia flowers (had them FOREVER!) and the "JOY - PEACE" button (not even sure when/where I got them from but I have a TON!  The image is Milton with Stocking from Wild Rose Studios and I have coloured him with Copics.

I am also entering this into Crafty Ribbons challenge, which is Christmas. The tiny strip of silver in the middle IS ribbon...honest!  AND there is silver string...does that count???

ALSO entering this at Paper Crafting Journey which is Ribbon or twine! AND at Willow Sketchie Challenge which is Christmas (and/or sketch...so I did Christmas! Although the sketch is kinda close!  I won't push my luck there though! LOL)

Seems a little Sketchy....

What a great name for a challenge blog eh? I told you I found a couple great challenge blogs that focus on sketches.....this one I'm entering in today is called Seems a Little Sketchy...cute eh?? Here is the card that I made using their sketch:

I have used a Stamp Fairy image - this is Donny, isn't he sweet?  I have coloured him with Copics and added white 3D paint under his skis.  The paper is from Basic Grey - Nordic and the CS is Brilliant Blue (SU)

I am entering this into the Animal challenge over at Fab n Funky too! 

I am also entering this in Digi Stamps 4Joy which is Anything Goes + Bonus Masculine.  I think Donny fits the masculine part, don't you??

Bugaboo Bingo....

Since I won the Catch the Bug challenge last week (YAAAAY ME!!!) I decided to play along with the October Bingo challenge with one of my new images!!!  I used the middle row going down - Button, Sentiment & Paper Piercing (and yes,  I checked it about 15 times to make sure it said PIERCING and not PIECING! LOL)   I have used SEAN SLINGSHOT for this card.  The sentiment is from Paper Smooches.

I am also entering this card in Penny's Challenge blog  - the theme this week is Ribbon or buttons!  I got a button!!!!  Wheeeeee!!!

Christmas challenge entry card.....

 I am entering this card into the TOTALLY PAPERCRAFTS challenge this week, which is CHRISTMAS - 9 WEEKS & COUNTING (gulp!!!) I have used an image from Saturated Canary called Snow Blower...isn't it cute??? I love elephants so this was right up my alley!!!! I have coloured it with Copics but added some paper snowflakes for some 3D effects.  The snow is 3D Glittering Crystal paint from Michaels.

I am also entering this in the first challenge at ABC Challenge which is NEW TO YOU - this digi is new to me, just picked it up last week!! Isn't it sweet??

Also entering this in the Paper Makeup Stamps challenge which is WEATHER.....As I sit here typing this it is snowing like CRAZY so this card is fitting for today!!!!
