Here is a birthday card I made with PARTY CHIHUAHUA DOGGIE!!! I made mine a boy, just to have on hand because I'm always scrambling for masculine cards! This one is PERFECT for that occasion!!! I have coloured him with Copics and added crystal lacquer to the balloon and some stardust gelly roll pen to his hat and collar! The blue ribbon is some of my new crinkle seam binding I bought from Etsy! CS is Brilliant Blue and the DP is from a 6x6 pack from the Dollar Store! Crazy right? They actually have really cute paper packs!!!! LOVE!!!!
