Our sponsor this week is Fred She Said & I have used Wistful Emma (precoloured).  I think I'm addicted to step cards...LOL  because here is another one! I made this for my God Daughters First Communion. I added glitter to the middle layer in her dress and her tiara, added the clouds with chalk & that's it since it was a precoloured digi!
