Make your own flowers - Totally Papercraft challenge entry

 Hello everyone! I was browsing through Feline Playful to see what challenges I could play in this week and came across Totally Papercrafts - Make your own flowers!  I have JUST the project for this challenge!!!

I was commissioned to make 16 paper cakes for a ladies wedding this weekend and HAND ROLLED all of these flowers!  I first had to cut them out with my Cuttlebug - the die is from Memory Box - called Scalloped Posie.  THEN I used a quilling tool to roll them all!  There were about 50 of these flowers....ugh! My hand was SORE!!!!

Anyway, here are some other pics of the cakes and the flowers!  My friend who is a photographer took these pics for me! 

 And this was a sample I made for another bride - still not sure if she wants these or not, but I HOPE so!

This is Autumn is Coming. I have coloured her with copics - and then......the dreaded OOPS happened! I dropped the blue ink pad right on her cheek.  The entire card was done, I didn't have time to redo it....so I coloured her skin with E18, hoping it would cover it......it didn't!!! DRATS!!!!!  The joys of handmade art eh???   The sentiment is from Magnolia and the papers and rhinestones are from my stash!!!

This is Girlz - Bare Feet.  I paper pieced her dress to match the card - apparently I was feeling a little WILD when I made this! The little 3D dragonfly is from a set I bought off Etsy forever ago......I REALLY need to destash my room - I have so many cool things that get pushed to the side and forgotten about!!!!

This is Barry Winter 2!  Isn't he cute with his little birdie friend???   I have coloured him with Copics. The CS is Bashful Blue (SU) and the DP is Bo Bunny Very Vintage Double Dot paper!  I added some 3D Glittering Crystal paint to the snowy areas and Stardust gelly roll pen to the snowflakes! The ribbon is also from SU!

Color Throwdown challenge entry

 Good morning!!! I am entering this card to the Color Throwdown challenge - the colours this week are Summer Starfruit, Sahara Sand, Pumpkin Pie and Crumb cake.  I think I got all the colours in here that are required!  The image is from DIGI GARDEN called Emily's Harvest...isn't she cute??  The paper is Pumpkin Pie and the DP is from my stash...not sure which pack though, sorry! The pumpkin punch is Martha Stewart, and the rhinestones are from my stash! The sentiment is an old one from High Hopes!
