Bubble Wrap-a-mania

I am in a monthly swap club with Adelee on SCS, and this month's theme was to use BUBBLE WRAP somehow on your card. I used it to make the background on these cards. It was so cool, and so easy - seemed almost TOO easy!!! I had a little piece that fit my hand in it perfectly, so I put my hand in, dabbed it on the ink pad, then dabbed it on a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet (one sheet wonder); I added the other colours, cut it up and voila!!! DONE!!!!

This first card is the one I made for Adelee's swap. I coloured the bird with my SU pastels and sponged the sides with Not quite navy ink.

The second card I made for Elke's "Forever Summer" swap. I used the same layout and papers, just changed the stamps and sentiment. I coloured the beaver with Gamsol and my koh-i-noor pencils.

Supplies:
Paper: Not quite Navy; So saffron;
Stamps: A little birdie told me (SU); High Hopes beaver; Relax sentiment from Gina K
Ink: Not quite Navy; So Saffron; Soft Sky
Tools and accessories: Very Vanilla grosgrain ribbon; bubble wrap
