ABC CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE - J is for..............

JOY!!

It is so nice to not have to frantically make cards in Dec.  By doing these challenges with us, you will have 52 AMAZING Christmas cards ready to go by next Dec.!!!  Did you know there are only 284 days until Christmas???  That is about 40 weeks...which means from NOW until then, you can have 20 cards made.....ready to go!!! How awesome would that be???

I used a Di's Digi image I've had for a long time, and have NO idea the name of it, sorry! But isn't that little duck so sweet????  I have coloured it with Copics and added a couple epoxy brads.  The paper is all Bazzill and the DP is from my stash (Sorry, can't remember!!!)

Incy Wincy Designs Challenge - NATURE!

This week Incy Wincy Designs Challenge blog has a fun challenge for you - NATURE!!! Let's see your love of nature in your projects - so it is WIDE open to a LOT of interpretation! Camping, fishing, hiking, animals, landscapes, gardens, flowers, trees....the list could go on and on!!!! You get the picture right???

I have used Tangerine Tango & Kiwi Kiss CS from SU and the DP is also from SU. I have coloured this cute little snoozy bear with copics and added some crystal lacquer to the pots, his shovel and some stickles to the flowers, the bird and the snail! The sentiment is from Tiny Wishes (SU) and the buttons are from my stash!

Incy Wincy Designs Challenge - LOVE

This weeks challenge at Incy Wincy Designs is LOVE!! There are a TON of LOVE/Valentines challenges so you better be sure to head there and link up for a chance to win some great prizes!!!! This week I used an image from Di's Digi Downloads .

I used a round card base that I got from Michael's in the $1.50 bin - I liked the colour; it's not really red but not really pink either! It matches the DP from K & Company perfectly. I coloured Cookie with my Koh-i-noor pencils and Gamsol. The sentiment is from a TAC set and the rhinestones are from my overflowing stash of bling!! LOL

And, now, here is my creation:

I used Real Red CS and ran a white piece through my CB with the D'vine swirls folder. I used an image from Di's Digi Downloads, added some ribbon and a cute sentiment. I am finding my cards lately are very simple because I am tending to send a lot of them to Australia to my sister and her family. So, they need to be fairly thin and light. The colouring on this one is still crappy, and I figured out why! Tim was messing around with the settings on the camera, so I think the next pics will all be better!!! MEN!!!

Two challenges in one....

Now that I got my computer back, and some new photo editing software (paint.net and Picasa 3), I can finally post some challenge cards! This card uses an image from Di's Digi Downloads. I am so in love with her cute little animals!!! LOVE THEM!!! I used Rose Red CS and some DP from the MS mat pack I bought (Valentines one). The sentiment is from a Popcorn Bear set and the pearls are from Kaiser Craft, all available at Simon Says Stamp.

I am entering this card into TWO challenges - yeahhh me!!!!! LOL The first is DO IT WITH DIGIS - their challenge is New Beginnings (hence the "Mr. & Mrs"). The second is PAPER SUNDAES - their challenge is to use circles (sentiment, pearls) - I hope that is enough circles to qualify!!
