ABC Christmas Challenge - T is for...........

TRANSPARENT!!!! 

Hi everyone! Here is my card for the ABC Christmas challenge  this time. You have 2 weeks to enter this challenge so I hope you join us!!

TRANSPARENT means you need to add something clear on your card or project - a window, an overlay, something clear!!!  I have used an overhead transparency (borrowed from work ;-)  teehee) to make my card base.  I ran the front through my Snowflakes folder in my Cuttlebug then added pearls to the centers of the snowflakes.  I added CS inside to make it more sturdy so it would stand up.  I have used Lenny Christmas 1 from The Stamp Fairy.

ABC Christmas Challenge - N for NO embellishments!!!!

Ok, that is harder than I thought!!!

Our sponsor this week is The Stamp Fairy and I have used Toby Snow 2.  I embossed the silver paper with my cuttlebug snowflakes folder, added Glittering Crystal 3D paint to the igloo, White 3D paint to the snow and white liquid applique to his hat!  Very simple...I SO wanted to add in some ribbon and bling!!! LOL

ABC Christmas - 1/2 way reminder

 Hi everyone! Here is my card for the ABC Christmas challenge 1/2 way reminder!! You have 1 week left to enter into our F for FELT or FABRIC  challenge!!!!

I was really unsure if I'd get a card made for this week, as I couldn't find any fabric that was "Christmassy"....but I searched through my tub of scraps and found this really cool sparkly paper/fabric - it almost feels like that stuff on the back of embroidered tshirts (under the tshirt) - do you know what I am talking about??? ...not even sure what it is called.  It is more fabric than paper so I thought I would use up some of the bits!  After the card was done, I stamped the sentiment with Stazon...and stupidly I didn't line it up and now it is crooked....oops! LOL  Shhhhhhhhh, don't look!!!!!
I have used Barry Throughout the Year from the Stamp Fairy.

ABC CHALLENGE - F for felt or fabric

This week at  ABC Christmas Challenge  our letter is  
F for FELT or FABRIC!!!

I used one of my sweet sweet BARRY images from The Stamp Fairy.
I have coloured him with Copics and added glitter to the top of the stocking.  The felt snowflakes are from Stampin Up! and I have had them FOREVER!!!!  I found some paper that matched the snowflakes and ran with it! Not 100% crazy about this card, but I like the snowflakes!!!  Wish I had them in other colours now! LOL

ABC Christmas - 1/2 way reminder

 Hi everyone! Here is my card for the ABC Christmas challenge 1/2 way reminder!! You have 1 week left to enter into our E for Eyes Down Bingo challenge!!!! 

For this card I have used the diagonal - Not a square, blue, and die cuts. 

The card base is BLUE, I promise! I was having a heck of a time with my photo editor & this is the best I could do!

The die cuts are the snowflakes (they are die cut stickers!!!) 

The image is GEORGE WINTERTIME 1 - #3,  from The Stamp Fairy - our sponsor this fortnight! I added 3D puff paint as snow and coloured him with Copics. The sentiment is also from The Stamp Fairy!

ABC Christmas Challenge - E for Eyes Down.....

This week at  ABC Christmas Challenge  our letter is E........for EYES DOWN at the Bingo Board!!!  Choose 3 items in a row, either across, down or diagonal

I used Patches Christmas-2,  #5 from The Stamp Fairy and fussy cut him out after I coloured him.  The tree die cut is from my stash - I think I bought these from Etsy a couple years ago!  The sentiment is also from The Stamp Fairy. I just added some stickles to the tree for ornaments. 

I used the bottom row:  Ribbon, Animal, Die cuts (the tree) for my card. 

AND I made a poinsettia tree ornament using our 2nd sponsor:  Shape EZ -  Poinsettia template

For this one I used the top row:  Not a square, flower, and glitter

I printed out the template, sponged it with red ink, sponged the edges with brown, then put it together.  The center of the poinsettia is yellow stickle dots, and then I added crystal stickles around each petal. I think next time I will make this with little yellow pearls in the center - its hard to see the stickles against the red!

Isn't she cute? I love her little snowman, he looks sad!!!!  I have coloured her with Copics.  The DP is from my stash but I thought it went perfectly with a snowy image!!!

My crafty notebook

 Hey everyone! I wanted to share a little notebook I made using recycled cardboard and some paper inserts that were donated to our school (shhhhhhh!)  I covered both front and back with paper, and embellished, then put the book together using ribbon.  The image is from Stamp Fairy - isn't Barry cute???  I am using this to write down instructions or things I need to do - or anything craft related!  I bought the little fabric flowers from Etsy a long time ago.

Seems a little Sketchy....

What a great name for a challenge blog eh? I told you I found a couple great challenge blogs that focus on sketches.....this one I'm entering in today is called Seems a Little Sketchy...cute eh?? Here is the card that I made using their sketch:

I have used a Stamp Fairy image - this is Donny, isn't he sweet?  I have coloured him with Copics and added white 3D paint under his skis.  The paper is from Basic Grey - Nordic and the CS is Brilliant Blue (SU)

I am entering this into the Animal challenge over at Fab n Funky too! 

I am also entering this in Digi Stamps 4Joy which is Anything Goes + Bonus Masculine.  I think Donny fits the masculine part, don't you??

The CS is Bashful Blue (SU) and the DP is Bo Bunny Very Vintage Double Dot paper!  I added some 3D Glittering Crystal paint to the snowy areas and Stardust gelly roll pen to the snowflakes! The ribbon is also from SU!

I have had to make several baby cards in the last couple weeks, so thought I would enter this one into a couple challenges.

Ooh La La Creations' challenge is BABY, BABY!

I am also entering this into Crafty Creations challenge, which is BABY also.  

Stampavie and More challenge is Something with Wings. 

I have used BARRY ANGEL from The Stamp Fairy & coloured him with Copics.  I added 3D Glittering Crystal paint to the cloud and Stickles to his wings.  The CS is Brilliant Blue (SU) and the DP is from DCWV - Nana's Kids.  The sentiment is from an old SU set that fits my scallop circle punch. 

It's Thursday, and that means I have only 6 days of teaching left until Summer vacation! I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!   I SO need this break!!!!!

I have used Molly Throughout the Year - March, Fence accessory - June, and the Sun was a freebie. I have coloured it all with Copics.   The CS and the DP are from a card kit I had - I think the CS is Bazzill but not sure about the DP.  The butterfly is made with my EK Success Butterfly layering punch that I LOVE!!!!
