The Stamp Fairy - I'm the GUEST DESIGNER for June!!! Yahooooo

Hello everyone! I have been sitting on this little bit of EXCITEMENT for awhile now and it is FINALLY here!!!! I was asked by Gerda, owner & artist for The Stamp Fairy Challenge Blog, to be a Guest Designer for June! I can't even begin to tell you how ECSTATIC I was!!! You all know how much I love The Stamp Fairy images, and now I get to represent them for a month! SOOOO excited!!!!!

The challenge this week at The Stamp Fairy is NEW ARRIVAL & to use PASTEL colours.

I have used MUFFINS ANGELS 3 for my baby card. The paper I have used is Pale Plum and the DP is from my stash (can't remember where I got it!!!) I coloured Muffin with Copics and added some stickles to her wings, star & halo. I also used my Sakura gelly Stardust pen on the halo. The sentiment is from a Papertrey Ink set, and the rhinestones are from my stash.

Karen's Doodles - Oldies but Goodies

This card is for Karen's Doodles Oldies But Goodies post over on the Challenge blog! It is a great resource for those forgotten images that are AMAZING!!! So, go ahead, dig out yours and have some fun!!!

I have used GOD'S LITTLE ANGEL for a baby card for my friend who is having her baby on Monday! Eeeeee, so excited for her!!!! I have coloured her with Copics and added stickles to her wings and the cloud. The harp strings are shimmery from the Sakura gel stardust pen. The papers are from my stash, have NO idea what kind of green that is and the DP is a mystery too!!! Go figure!!! The sentiment, however, is from Papertrey Ink....I DID remember that! LOL

Hello everyone!! Happy Sunday!!!!

Here is my card:

I have used SANTA CRUISIN' from Karen's Doodles this week. I just love this image, Santa looks so happy and carefree!!!! I have coloured it all with Copics, crystal lacquer to the headlights, and added some stickles to the gifts! The paper is Kiwi Kiss and the DP is Eskimo Kisses (Basic Grey).

Oldies but Goodies with Karen's Doodles

Ok, I am SO ready for summer already!!! Sighhhhh!!!! I used this image, called Dog Day Afternoon trying to remember that it is only 7 months till summer...ugh!!!! What a depressing thought!!! I am using this image to showcase some of KAREN'S DOODLES Oldies but Goodies!!!

The CS is Cool Caribbean (SU) and Plum Pudding (PTI). The DP is called Bubble, from the Fairytale line of papers from Magnolia, available from Simon Says Stamp. I added Crystal lacquer to her sunglasses and her cup.

Rock a Bye Baby....

This BEAUTIFUL image is from Karen's Doodles and it is called Rock a Bye Baby! Isn't it gorgeous?I love it!!!! I made a tall card (4.25" x 9) so I could really showcase the image! I coloured it with Copics and added stickles to the flowers. The flowers are Primas and roses from Wild Orchid! The sentiment is from PTI (bitty baby blessings)

The Corrosive Challenge - DIE CUTS!!!

This weeks challenge at The Corrosive Challenge blog is to use DIE CUTS on your card. I used a die cut of the baby bear I got from Susies Die Cut Dreams, plus the swirl and the tags are die cuts (well, punches, but that counts doesn't it???) The paper is all from my stash, so is the ribbon, the pin, the brad and the pearls! The sentiment is from a PTI set.

Off to church!

Not me, but Tilda! I think her outfit is a "Sunday Best" outfit! I used an old sketch from the Magnolia-licious DT. The circles were cut with my Nesties and embossed with my Cuttlebug folders (script and D'vine swirls). The sentiment is from a Papertrey Ink set called Everyday Blessings. She is coloured with copics (is it pronounced CO-pick, or COP-ick??)

Had to add these too!

Here are two cards I made for my Mother in law. I actually haven't given her the top one yet, but I will soon! She got the bottom one last weekend for Mother's Day. I used Women of Life stamp set by Papertrey Ink - it is quickly becoming my fave! I also used Night of Navy ink and designer paper (creative memories - jewel tones) and Night of Navy ribbon. In the center of the big flower & the petals on the little flowers above are stickles. I also used PTI's spring moss cardstock and ink. For the bottom card, I didn't use any stickles, but I used a jumbo eyelet (SU) to thread the Night of Navy ribbon through.

Papertrey meets Beate's sketch challenge!

This card is for Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge 41.

I am LOVING this colour combination and the sketch!!! I flipped the sketch vertical - I hope that is ok!!! What do you think??
