Craft Critique

About 3 months ago, I came across a website that amazed me!!! IT compared different crafting products - not just paper crafts or scrapbooking - EVERYTHING! It was really cool - they explained both products then gave a Pros and Cons list for each..what a great site for someone starting out, or if you are in the market for buying something new!! It saved me from buying something "stupid".....I just wish I had seen the site BEFORE I bought several of my USELESS tools!!!! LOL Anyways, it is CRAFT CRITIQUE's 2nd anniversary and they are giving away an AMAZING blog candy - check this out:

I am fighting with my lighting in my craft room - I bought an OTT light, thinking that would help take FAB pictures, but they are crappy! I like the pics I take with my cheap $12 Wal Mart lamp!!! Shout out to SheetLoads!!!

I'm not sure if anyone has noticed the link on my side bar to SheetLoads of cards, an ezine that is absolutely amazing, especially when my mojo is gone!! Anyways, SheetLoads has, every month, a new layout and they tell you EXACTLY what papers to use, sizes, etc. to make 8 cards (or more)!!! They also tell you how to double it, or what you need to make just one. It is GREAT for Christmas cards!!! They show you how to cut the paper to get the most of it for all 8 cards and there are featured products each month. LOTS of samples of cards and other 3D items too are there, just scroll down!!

Check out the January 09 issue HERE and you can also download previous months issues - which I have done and saved to a file so they are at my fingertips when I need a sketch!!!!

So, go check them out!! They are offering some FAB blog candy too - the Just Rite Monogram system - which I have been eyeing for awhile but have not bought yet!! MAYBE I will win it!!!
