The Corrosive Challenge Blog....Paper Piecing

This weeks challenge at The Corrosive Challenge is PAPER PIECING!!!! I love paper piecing, especially little girls dresses and things! So fun!!!

Here I've used a Gorjuss Girl stamp and some Razzleberry DP from Stampin Up! The flowers were a gift from my Secret Valentine on a Yahoo group I belong to! They are vellum layers and very pretty! There is a great prize this month so I hope you will go and check it out & join us!

I made a whole bunch of wine bottle tags to sell at my last craft fair last weekend (which did NOT happen because of the weather!!!) Guess I will keep them for next year! LOL

A couple journals

Journals with matching pens are a BIG hit at the craft market that I go to every Thurs.night in the Spring & Summer, so I had to make a few more as I was running really low. I sell them for $5, do you think that is too low???

Here are 2 I made last week with some journals I bought at Michael's:

I finally got to ink up my Gorjuss Girls stamp. The paper is from Snowed In by My Mind's Eye - it has snowflakes on it, but it was such a pretty colour I had to use it!!!

This stamp is from High Hopes - I wanted to do a farm theme because inside, the pages are printed with roosters....and I don't have any rooster stamps!!! LOL I hope someone likes this one!!!! This flower paper is also from My Minds Eye, a series called Day Dream Funky Flowers.

Gorjuss Girl - thank you!!!

I finally got to colouring some of these Gorjuss Girls images that Emma sent me (thanks Emma!!!) - isn't she cute??!? And that kitty ... adorable!! I coloured them with my Koh-i-noor pencils and Gamsol.......love love love them!!!!
