Squigglefly Challenge

This weeks challenge over at Squigglefly Challenge blog is to make a TENT TOPPER card!!! I haven't made one of these in AGES but I love them, they are so easy and so fun! AND they are a great way to showcase an AWESOME image!!! Here is my DT contribution for this challenge:

Again, I used scraps that were on my table for this card. I coloured the frog with copics and added stickles to the flower. The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp. Karen's Doodles challenge

White, white, white, white!!!! THAT is your challenge for this week at Karen's Doodles USA challenge!!! Use only white, except in the image! I needed a wedding card for my niece so what better colour to use?!?!? Now, for some STRANGE reason, this doesn't look white at all..but trust me, it is!! I used white CS and white shimmer CS...the flowers are all white too!! Wasn't much colouring on this Beautiful Queen, just a lot of glitter!!!! LOL

Another gift card holder....

This one is for our tax guy! He is a friend of the family and does our taxes for us. We wanted to get him and his wife something to try to get them out from under the paper pile (hence why I chose this Gruffies image!!!) You can get a HUGE selection of Gruffies, House Mouse & Happy Hoppers from Simon Says Stamp (sentiment is also from Simon Says!). The gift card holder I got from Taylored Expression - very easy to add an image to and embellish - VOILA - instant gift!!!! LOVE IT!!!!

I used Peachy Tilda and the giant peach stamps from the Yummy in my Tummy collection - both (and MORE!) from Simon Says Stamp Superstore. The paper is also from the Magnolia Yummy in my Tummy collection - also available at SSS!!!! I coloured her with Copics, paper pieced the giant peach, and stamped the sentiment with my Karen Foster snap stamps.

Hang in there!

This is a new image from Karen's Doodles, called Hang in there Possum. Cute eh? I made a really simple layout on an A2 card since the image was quite large (I always do that....lol...I will learn one day!!!) I coloured them with Copics and added the sentiment from a set from Simon Says Stamp.

Incy Wincy Designs Challenge Blog - Alter Something

At Incy Wincy Designs Challenge blog, we would like you to ALTER SOMETHING!!! Take something that had a use before (i.e. old coffee can, jar, bucket, etc) and alter it....make it something different and NEW!!!!! I took an ugly old notebook I got in my stocking a few years ago and made a cute new notebook. I used the FROG from Aspire To Thrive Children's Charity and a sentiment I have had FOREVER!!!! Never thought I'd use it, but it is perfect for this little notebook!!! I have had the little frog eyelet for a really long time too!!! The paper was just in my scraps bin.

This week at The Corrosive Challenge blog, we are challenging you to make a creation with CARTOON CHARACTERS!!!!
