I have used KOLAR'S BIRTHDAY image & sentiment.  Cute eh??
MY CS base is SU Melon Mambo and the DP is from my stash.   I coloured Kolar with Copics and used my Colorless Blender to try to make him fuzzy.  I saw a tutorial on it a couple years ago, and couldn't find it again, so I just "winged it"...Not sure I like how it turned out, but it does look better in person.
